(Video display, whiteboard with writing function, 4K camera, speakers & full-duplex microphones, interactive whiteboard (65″), wireless presentation and seamless integration of laptops, tablets or smartphones)
– Large screen (with HDMI, Apple TV, link to the meeting board)
– Pinboards & flipchart (up to 3 each)
– Shading through awnings
– Sound system & presentation case
All other equipment requests on request.

We would be happy to make you an offer tailored to your needs for your conference or seminar.
We also offer our studios and suites for single occupancy. Our reception team will of course advise you individually.The use of our conference room is free of charge for our hotel guests. Under 6 persons we charge a contribution towards expenses of Euro 100 for 1 day and Euro 80 for half a day (4 hours).
We charge a room rental fee for external events.
