- What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your rooms and our Nature Spa are available to you from 15.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to make the room available again from 11.00 am. You are welcome to use our spa as well as your wellness bag and bathrobes until 3.00 pm.
- Are there vegetarian dishes?
We serve a vegetarian menu option every evening. Please note that we do not offer vegan menus.
- How are allergies and intolerances dealt with?
Please let us know if you suffer from any intolerances such as gluten, lactose, fructose or other allergies. We are happy to adapt to your wishes.
- When can the spa area be used on the day of arrival?
You are welcome to use our Nature Spa from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to use the wellness area earlier, we charge € 29.00 per person.
- Until when can the spa area be used on the day of departure?
You are welcome to use the wellness area until 15.00 hrs. Please leave your room by 11.00 a.m. and take your wellness bag and bathrobes with you. You will receive a card for the late check-out room (changing room, shower, lockers, etc.) when you check out at reception. If you would like to use the wellness area until 8.00 pm, we charge € 39.00 per person.
- What are the cancellation conditions?
Stays from May to mid-December
Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge.
If you cancel between 14 days and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
If canceled from 7 days to 1 day before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
If you cancel on the day of arrival, we will have to charge the full amount.Stays mid-December to Easter
We do not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations up to 31 days before arrival.
If you cancel between 30 days and 15 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
If you cancel between 14 days and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
If canceled from 7 days to 1 day before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
If the cancellation is only made on the day of arrival, we must charge the full amountBookings for yoga retreats
Due to the minimum number of participants, yoga retreats are excluded from this regulation, the conditions according to the booking confirmation apply. - Where can I take out travel cancellation insurance?

- Which payment methods are accepted for the deposit?
You are welcome to pay your deposit of 20% of the total tour price by credit card via direct link or by bank transfer. You will receive all the details with your booking confirmation.
- What activities and services are offered at the hotel and in the region?

- What parking options are there?
If you arrive by car, there is a free parking lot directly in front of the hotel.
- How do I get to the hotel if I am traveling by train?
We are happy to bring you directly to our hotel with our free train transfer from Bad Hofgastein train station. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance so that we can pick you up on time.
- How are the studios and suites equipped?
All our rooms are equipped with our natural cosmetic products, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, minibar and a TV. Further details on the room facilities can be found in the respective room category and in the description of our inclusive services.

Our varied breakfast buffet is part of our inclusive services at DAS.GOLDBERG. From 7.30 to 11.00 a.m. you can enjoy delicious regional and natural products as well as coffee from our own roastery.
You are also welcome to have breakfast with us on the day of your arrival. If you would like this, please book it in advance. For breakfast on the day of arrival we charge an additional Euro 32 per adult and for children from 13 years of age | children from 3-5 years of age Euro 14 | children from 6-12 years of age Euro 20 - Is there a fitness room in the hotel?
Yes. Our fitness area is equipped with modern and high-quality equipment. We also offer a wide range of activity programs such as aqua fitness, guided hikes, yoga and stretch & relax.

- Is it possible to hire hiking equipment?
At the active hotel DAS.GOLDBERG we offer you a wide range of additional services. You can borrow hiking poles, rucksacks, umbrellas and sledges from us free of charge in winter. You can also store your equipment in our ski and activity room in lockable ski boxes.
For a fee, we also rent out mountain e-bikes, e-scooters or an Audi E-Tron at our hotel.

Our hotel is located directly on the slopes. On our doorstep, 208 kilometers of slopes await you – without a car or shuttle!
- Does the hotel offer yoga sessions for guests?
You are welcome to take part in yoga and meditation sessions as part of our weekly course program. If you would like to delve deeper into the subject, we offer yoga retreats throughout the year.
